AnswerWe ship worldwide! Your package is shipped from our studio in Vienna, Austria.
Question What does “Ships in” mean?
AnswerShips in – is the time we need to make or prepare the order before it is ready for shipping. This information is given to you instantly as soon as you select the specifications of a jewelry item. For items that are made to order, we are able to ship in 1 to 3 weeks. Items that are in stock, are usually shipped the next day or maximum in 2 days.
Question Do I have to pay for shipping?
- Worldwide Shipping for orders over EUR 150 is free.
- Shipping to Austria for orders under EUR 150 applies a flat rate of EUR 4,80 including VAT.
- Shipping to European Union countries for orders under EUR 150 applies a flat rate of EUR 6,00 including VAT.
- International Shipping for orders under EUR 150 applies a flat rate of EUR 10,80 including VAT.
Question Where is my order?
AnswerOnce we ship the order, we receive a tracking code from the shipping company’s system which is then passed to you by email. Follow the link sent to you to see where the package is or subscribe to receive event based notifications. Since we use different shipping partners, the tracking timeline might look different from one partner to the other.
Question When will my order be shipped?
AnswerWell… that will depend on the item that you have chosen. For each item, first you select the specifications that you would like your jewelry to consists of, then you will be able the see when we are ready to ship.
Question Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes on delivery?
AnswerMissJD ships from Austria and if your destination is a country in the European Union, then Bingo! Shipping from Austria to any European Union country, will not require any import duties.
If your live outside of the European Union, then custom duties and taxes might be applied. Please check with your local custom office.
Question What’s your return policy?
AnswerWe have a 30 days no questions asked return policy. It is very important to return the item within the original packaging in order for us to get the item in one piece.
Question Do I have to pay for returning an item?
AnswerFor the moment, we offer free returns only for our Austrian customers. We understand the hassle of a return and we are working to improve this process.
Question How do I create a return?
AnswerPlease send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a personalised return label. Currently, we are developing a solution to automatically and independently create re-tour labels. Stay tuned!
Question When do I receive my refund?
AnswerAs soon as we receive the package, we will process it right away. First, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, once we check that the item is intact we will issue the refund right away. The rest should depend on your bank. We will return the refund at the original method of payment. We assume that from the moment we receive the package to the money showing up on your account, might take up to 10 days tops.
Question My refund is late or missing?
AnswerIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Question Can I return a customised item?
